    Two independent control channels and four machining workstations support both synchronized batch production of identical components and parallel machining of different workpieces

    With four electrospindles (manual tool change), the 5 axis CNC machining center supports simultaneous machining of four workpieces. The spindles can be fitted with different tools, such as saw blades, milling cutters, drill bits, and round nose cutters. The woodworking machining center is also equipped with dual-channel computer numerical control (CNC) system and two independent machining sections. The left and right worktables can handle synchronized machining of different workpieces and simultaneous machining of identical workpieces.

    The 5 axis CNC machining center is designed for manufacturing solid wood components with complex shapes or surfaces and is suitable for various bentwood dining chairs, lounge chair backs, curved armrests, and complex-shaped solid wood supports.
    Curved-surface profiling, multi-angle drilling, grooving, and trimming can be completed in a single setup.
    With two independently operable machining sections and four clamping stations, the woodworking machining center can handle both bulk production of identical parts and simultaneous machining of different furniture components.
